“Zero Moving Cost” & Fees: We do not charge customers consultation or processing fees; we are remunerated by the banks. “Zero Moving Cost” packages typically involve the bank absorbing legal, valuation, and stamping fees, which may carry a different interest rate compared to “full-cost” packages.

2. Professional Credentials & Role

Former Banker Expertise: While our consultants are former banking professionals with 20+ years of experience, CTMAG operates as an independent consultancy and is not a licensed financial institution or bank.
Independent Consultancy: We provide comparison and optimization services. We do not issue loans directly. All credit facilities are subject to the final approval and internal policies of our partner banks in Malaysia.
